Check out Blue Dot - a kind of inverted Delicious where the contributors rather than the sites themselves are key. It's a neat way of discovering what your friends (as well as other members) like browsing and reading online.
Implementing a 'people like me' facility where you can see what people with your interests like to browse would also be cool.
